What's the healthiest thing on this menu?
Obviously the salads, but any entrees or anything? I doubt he'll let me get away with just a salad...

As per the menu-- I'm not a meat expert (I'm a vegan), but judging by meat/cheese content I'd say the best thing would be Zuppa Di Pesce or Baked White Fish. Good luck!
OH! And I love the "uni" shout-out in your bio. Way to join the movement.
It looks like the soup, any of the contorni would be fine in moderation, and probably the Insalata del Bosco just leave most the cheese for a real 'main' probably Baked White Fish or something else seafood. Calamari Sicialiano would be perfect, but it depends if he'll let you eat an appetizer. my bf does as long as I get a salad too.
Steamed mussels no sausage would probably be pretty safe or soup depending on what it is. Watch out for salads b/c in restaurants they can actually have a lot of hidden calories and fat depending on what's in them and stuff.
Main I agree baked white fish or Zuppa Di Pesce. If you get the fish ask for extra veggies instead of potatoes if you get the seafood don't eat the croutons.

I'd go for the baked white fish =) ...and ask for the butter to come on the side ~ it'll just ruin perfectly good veggies. Lovely menu though. I hope it goes well - and heres an idea: when they serve bread or a dif starter, get up and go to the bathroom. By the time you get back the starter will probably be gone. Make sure you take a little bit though, otherwise they might leave a certain amount for you.
I did this the last time I had to go out for a family dinner. I took a piece of garlic bread - stuffed it in my mouth (but kept it in my cheek), then got up to go to the bathroom and spat it out. When I got back the starter was done =) yay!
I think all the girls have it covered! Sometimes, if I want to look like I'm ordering a lot, I'll get the soup and salad and then say something about how much I looove soup (unless it's a creamy soup, then it's a no go unfortunately). Ask for dressing on the side.
