I would love to fas...Good luck on your fast girls!! I would love to fast with you all, but I need to finish my thesis this week and fasting takes all my energy. After this next week, I'll fast anytime you'd like :) <BR/><BR/>In terms of breaking your fast, I've read that it's best to start with non-acidic juice (usu. cut w/ water), then when you feel comfortable, slowly nibble on a piece of fruit or vegetable (again not acidic). Don't eat anything spicy or meats until your body is adjusted. I try to stick to fruits and veggies and broths for a awhile after fasting so I don't gain a bunch of weight back. The longer you fast, the less hungry you'll be when you resume eating since your metabolism will have slowed.
